I’ve been enjoying your daily inspirations,. Dinner tonight was truly inspired by you (chicken & kale with hummus dressing). I loved involving the kids with the prepping & cooking. I put my little one in charge of the kale so by the time the meal was ready, he wouldn’t question the greens in his dish. And it worked !!!!
